Patient Involvement in Patient Safety – A programme to design, develop and evaluate approaches to engage patients to protect against unintended harm

The York Trials Unit worked with the Bradford Institute for health Research on an NIHR funded programme grant to examine patient involvement in patient safety.

The programme desiged, developed and evaluated innovative approaches to engage patients in preventing patient safety incidents and protect themselves against unintended harm.
