   "CECS offers students an extraordinary degree of support for organizing their own academic and public engagement events. Whether it was punk-rococo drag artistes performing contemporary dance in a reception room, a fifteen-square-foot sculpture being erected on the lawn, seminar rooms being turned into a public cinema and art gallery, or the refectory being transformed into a venue for theatre and chamber music, the CECS community flung themselves into the project with massive enthusiasm."
