Biography

Priscilla Kandoole is a PhD student in Economics in the Department of Economics and Related Studies (DERS). Her research focuses on fiscal redistribution through social cash transfers.

Priscilla worked with the World Bank Group as the Country Economist for Malawi. She also previously worked as a Principal Economist and Economist with the Ministry of Finance, Economic Planning and Development in Malawi.

She holds a Masters degree in International Economics and Finance from the University of Queensland in Australia and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Malawi.
