Abstracts:
- Your abstract should be no longer than one page.
Please submit your abstract no later than the end of the day on 7th April
Final papers:
- Your paper must be 8 pages or less.
- You must use the Manuscript Templates for Conference Proceedings.
- Look at http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.htmlfor details of the format.
- The Final papers must be converted to IEEE Xplore-compliant PDF format. Authors are encouraged to use the free IEEE PDF eXpress system to convert their files or to check their PDFs: http://www.pdf-express.org
- The Conference ID for the IEEE PDF eXpress system is ITHET2013x.
- The instructions for accessing and using the IEEE PDF eXpress site is available in pdf version PDF eXpress Instruction .
