Biography

Joe joined CHE as a Research Fellow in Economic Evaluation and Health Technology Assessment in 2026 after completing an MSc in Health Economics at the University of York. Joe completed his Masters dissertation at CHE, investigating latent classification of mental health development patterns in children, and the subsequent impact on a child's educational attainment.
