Student Services Manager

Reporting directly to the Deputy Head of Faculty Operations, Sarah is the Student Services Manager for the School of Arts and Creative Industries (ACT) and York School of Architecture (YSA).
  • Provides leadership to the Student Support Services team who support Undergraduate, Postgraduate Taught & Postgraduate Research students within both schools across the following functions:
    • Admissions
    • Programme Support
    • Exceptional Circumstances
    • Disability Support
    • Assessment
    • Placements
    • Graduation
    • Careers
  • Sarah is also a Local Safeguarding Officer.
  • Sarah also sits on the ACT/YSA School Leadership Team & Member of Faculty Student Services Managers Group, contributing to strategic planning and cross-School/Faculty collaboration.
