Staff on recruitment panels must comply with the training requirements of the recruitment policy.

This means:

• All panel members must have completed the University's equality and diversity training
• Panel chairs must complete modules one and two of the recruitment and selection training programme

How long does the training take to complete?

• The Equality and Diversity course is available on demand and should take 30 minutes to complete
• Module 1 of the Recruitment and Selection programme is a series of training courses and videos. It is also available on demand and should take about two hours to complete
• Module 2 of the Recruitment and Selection programme is a two hour webinar with HR staff. Panel members needing to complete the training should booked their place through the LMS.
