You will be holding documents containing individual's personal details. You must therefore take care in the handling of these documents and in the release of any information from them.

In particular you must take care of the documents when using them outside your office; for example in a meeting room during the shortlisting meeting.

You must also take care to store the documents in a safe place when you are not using them during the recruitment process. Once you have completed the recruitment process relevant documents, such as the interview assessment forms, should be returned to HR in a sealed envelope, with other documents (CVs etc ) either destroyed or also returned to HR.
