What is Rewards Extra?
Rewards Extra is the employee benefits package available to all UoY employees. It includes savings on things such as transport, dental and health cover as well as salary-linked savings and loans. Staff can also access shopping discounts with hundreds of retailers.

Annual Renewal
This year's annual renewal window will run from 1 September to 30 September 2025. It's a good time to review your existing selections in light of new policy rates, and make any new selections for the 2025/26 benefit year. Login to the platform and explore what's on offer.
Please note, some of our insured benefits can only be selected during September because of their in-year selection rules, so we encourage staff to take this opportunity to review what's on offer. (Don't worry, the rest of our benefits, and all the discounts, are available to select all year round).
