A more convenient digital approach
Staff Central Induction has moved to an online curriculum hosted on the LMS. This digital approach is to ensure that new colleagues can access important induction materials any time and from any place, rather than having to wait for a live central session.
Whilst the content of the materials remains largely the same, new starters now access the curriculum online, at their convenience, and work through the modules in sequence. Content includes presentations from:
- Human Resources
- Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
- Health and Safety
- Trade Unions
- The Digital Skills team
All new starters will be automatically assigned the curriculum via the LMS.*

*The system has also notified current members of staff who have not previously attended central induction. If the invite is no longer relevant to you, please simply archive the course and you will stop recieving reminders.
