If you you manage professional support colleagues and want guidance on how to support them with their career development aspirations, explore the section on Supporting the Development of Others.

As part of the PDR process, Managers are also encouraged to think of opportunities to give a greater breadth of experience when setting objectives. The job family templates can provide career pathways to colleagues, so by diversifying objectives you can help colleagues to build greater agility and increase their opportunity to move between teams and roles.
