Training video and drop in sessions to support reviewers with the 2021 process
The annual PDR window is open from July to October 2021. It is essential that all colleagues have the opportunity to reflect back over the last year and agree a clear set of objectives for the next 12 months. As a reminder there are a number of one off adjustments to the 2021 process to help minimise the administration around PDRs.
The Professional and Organisational Development team have created a 15 minute training video on PDR for staff who are reviewing and managing performance in the 2021 cycle. All reviewers are encouraged to watch the video to help them prepare for conducting PDR meetings.
A series of online drop-in sessions are also being held where reviewers can ask any PDR related questions. The session dates are:
- Thursday 22 July, 10:00-11:00
- Thursday 29 July, 10:00-11:00
- Tuesday 3 August, 14:00-15:00
- Monday 9 August, 11:00-12:00
