The University runs a transformational change programme called rapid improvement events based on 'lean' concepts.
Join this interactive workshop to:
- be introduced to the 'eight wastes' of lean
- explore how they apply in a higher education setting
- come away with the knowledge to review your own processes and identify 'wastes'
