Health Assured is the University's new employee assistance programme (EAP) provider and will be attending the University to detail the different services they offer.
What is the employee assistance programme
The Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) offers staff and family members access to advice and support from counsellors on a range of topics includng stress, anxiety, debt, lifestyle, relationships and legal support.
They also provide an online Health portal and mobile app with access to webinars, factsheets, four week programmes, fitness advice, health check, budgeting tool and much more.
