Online training · Drop-in sessions · Reporting requirements
We've been rolling out departmental access to Dashboard during June. The roll-out has had to be paused briefly as we work with the developers on a couple of minor issues, but we still hope that all departments will have access to the system by the end of July.
Training and support
We have also concluded our initial classroom training programme for departmental users. From next month two new support arrangements will be in place to support departments:
Online user guides
Based on the classroom training, we're putting together online guides to help department users familiarise themselves with Dashboard processes. These will be available from mid-July.
Update: The online training is now available to York staff in the University's Learning Management System.
Drop-in sessions
Come and ask us anything about Dashboard! Our first sessions are on:
- 18 July: 12:30-13:30 in H/G19, Heslington Hall
- 24 July: 11:30-12:30 in SLB/211, Spring Lane Building
- 31 July: 4-5pm in LMB/102B, Law and Management Building
No need to book, just come along. Further sessions will be held during implementation.
Reporting
On 8 July we held a session to look at departments' reporting requirements. If your department wasn't at the session but you have specific requirements, please send your ideas to casual-workers@york.ac.uk.
Access and information
We've added a new set of Dashboard reference pages to the HR website, at https://www.york.ac.uk/admin/hr/browse/online-services/dashboard.
