Aimed at first time, first line managers and supervisors
We are now taking applications for the next round of our Management in Action programme.
Aimed at first time, first line managers / supervisors who are directly involved with day to day supervision and work allocation, the programme consists of the following four modules:
- You and your Role
- Managing yourself
- Managing others
- Getting the best from your team
The first module (You and your role) takes place over two days with subsequent modules taking a day each.
