For those in leadership positions without line management responsibilities

We are now taking applications for the next round of Leading Without a Team, to run from September 2017 to February 2018.

This programme has been developed to recognise that a number of middle managers are in leadership positions without formal management responsibilities.

It focuses less on managing teams and individuals and more on influencing key stakeholders.
