Director of Human Resources

I lead the HR team with responsibility for HR Operations, HR Services, strategic HR projects, recruitment, pay, reward and recognition, pensions, employment policies, employee relations, learning and development, and occupational health.

I advise senior leaders on HR strategies and issues, developing solutions which are agile and fit for purpose, and ensuring statutory obligations are met. I also look for opportunities to develop the HR team’s knowledge and experience and our contribution to professional services within the institution.
