HR Compliance Team Leader

Kari is responsible for:

  • Tier 2 sponsorship, helping to ensure compliance from the initial preparations throughout the duration of sponsorship and beyond.
  • Providing guidance on right to work and sponsorship queries for employees, casual workers, voluntary workers and visitors.
  • Keeping updated with relevant changes in legislation, reviewing processes and communicating these changes as required.
  • Liaising with other University teams rgarding Tier 4 student workers and with HR Services to ensure a streamlined service between the HR Services and HR Compliance teams.
