HR Systems Solutions Officer

Agnes is part of the HR Systems Team, which works on retrieving and presenting HR information and data. This includes:

• management information
• HR websites
• digital communications

They also provide technical support for web-based systems such our helpdesk and learning management system, and IT support to HR staff.

Agnes' work focuses on:

• maintaining HR's websites
• systems adminstration and support
• IT support as HR's Departmental Computing Officer
