Account details
Password management
Log in to York Identity Manager (IDM) to change or reset your password, or to set your security questions:
Filestore
Check how much space you have left on your H:/M: drives
Optional facilities
Visit IDM and select Optional Facilities to register for:
- Personal web space
- Unix
- Directory traversal
Account information
View your account status, and list your non-personal accounts
Contact details
Edit your contact details in the online directory:
Email settings
Google Mail
If you're using Google, you can check your quota within Google Mail. Your usage appears at the bottom of your Inbox.
You can set an out of office reply or forwarding by going to the Settings option in Google Mail.
Printing
York Print Plus printing/copying balance
Check your printing/copying balance and make a payment
On-campus users only. Off campus users will need to connect through the VPN to view this page.
Print queues
View recent print jobs. View and delete pending print jobs (not available for classroom printers)
