New users only
If you are a new user, you need to register your IT account before you can use any computing facilities.
Password management

Log in to York Identity Manager (IDM) to change your password or set up security questions:
Filestore
Check how much space you have left on your H:/M: drives
Optional facilites
Visit IDM and select Optional Facilities to register for:
- Personal web space
- Unix
- Directory traversal
Account information
View your account status, and list your non-personal accounts
Contact details
Edit your contact details in the online directory:
Email management (for non-Google accounts)

Set an out-of-office reply or diversion:
If you have moved to Google, you can set an out of office reply or forwarding by going to the Settings option in Google Mail.
Email quota (for non-Google accounts)
Check how much email storage you have leftIf you have moved to Google, you can view your quota within Google Mail. It appears at the bottom of the page.
New name-based email addresses
If you need to, you can change back to using your old address for 24 hours:
Printing balance
Check your printing balance and make a payment
