Health Freaks on trial

In 2013, Channel 4 broadcast “Health Freaks”, a series of six programmes on some rather bizarre home remedies. Professor Bland was advisor and statistical analyst for four clinical trials in this series. He will talk about how this came about, describe each of the trials, their sometimes surprising results and how they were presented.
