The Department of Theatre, Film and Television continues its tradition of productions of Jacobean repertoire with a production of John Marston's great city comedy The Dutch Courtesan, directed by TFTV's Head of Theatre, Professor Mike Cordner, on 20, 21, and 22 June.   The Dutch Courtesan interweaves three striking plots into a brilliantly unprecedented, and unpredictable, combination.   Further information and booking details for the show are available on the website -  www.dutchcourtesan.co.uk - which has been created to track the production from early planning through to performance and to host a debate about the play by an international team of scholars.  The website, among its many other features, contains the complete film of Michael Cordner's previous Jacobean production for TFTV, Thomas Middleton's A Mad World, My Masters.

Location: Dept of Theatre, Film & Television, Heslington East YO10 5GB

Admission: To buy tickets see: www.dutchcourtesan.co.uk/booking
