Learning from HRDs: Realities of an unrecognized conflict situation in Northeast India

Bondita Acharya discusses the role of women in the protracted armed conflict taking place in Northeast India since 1955. She speaks of the daunting challenge posed by the unrecognized conflict to the civil society in terms of access to justice for human rights violations.
