Varnetta Johnson: Women's Activism in Liberia

Dina Meza: Challenges in Human Rights Work in Honduras

Varnetta Johnson from Liberia will discuss her experiences in working for greater women's political participation in Liberia, whereas Dina Meza from Honduras will talk about what it is like to be working as a woman human rights defender in a state where human rights work puts one at risk.

The talks will be followed by a Q & A session.
