Details of your request and your contact details will be retained by the Borthwick Institute for Archives for the purposes of creating an order estimate and statistical analysis of the Borthwick’s services.

Your data will be used for the following purposes:

Communicating with you regarding your order/contract and providing a price estimate
Maintaining a record of your enquiry for any follow-up action
Audit and statistical analysis of demand for products and services for the Borthwick’s business requirements under its retention schedule.

Your data will not be shared outside of the institution and will be processed in line with the University’s General Privacy Notice. Data will be retained for as long as is necessary under the Borthwick Institute’s retention schedule.
