A Mouthful Of Birds
Event details
TFTV's Platform is proud to present A Mouthful of Birds by Caryl Churchill and David Lan.
Conducted by an ancient god, the lives of seven people are forced beyond time and space into a world that hinges between sanity and madness. Possessed, they dance as the battle between the heart and the mind reaches its peak.
Written by one of the biggest female contemporary writers of our time, A Mouthful of Birds physically explores madness, possession, violence, divinity, spirituality, love, sexual identity, emotions, human instincts and civility.
A Mouthful of Birds is being performed and produced by students from the Theatre, Film and Television Department at the University of York.
The performance will be followed by a short Q&A with the company.
