Dying For It
Event details
It’s 1920’s Russia. There are queues for everything: coal, food, jobs. Amidst the thousands of unemployed and hungry, stands Semyon Semyonovich. He and his wife Masha, the overworked breadwinner of the family, live in an over-crowded house. Inside the chaos, Semyon finds himself facing one of life’s big decisions. But who is he willing to die for?
Moira Buffini’s dark farce presents us with one weekend, a note, a party and a suicide.
