The King's Speech starring Colin Firth is showing at City Screen from 7 January 2011. On Thursday 27 January after the 20:20 showing of the film there will be a discussion on actors playing real people. The discussion will be led by Tom Cantrell and Professor Mary Luckhurst of the University of York whose book Playing for Real: Actors on Playing Real People has recently been published by Palgrave.
