This module gives students the opportunity to research and present the ideas of a significant philosopher who has shaped historical and/or current debates. It involves independent research and helps to develop visual and oral presentation skills.

Students who satisfactorily complete the project will have enhanced their knowledge of a major philosopher and their ideas, and gained confidence in carrying out independent research, presenting a poster, explaining a topic in depth and answering questions.
