Identify and review a student's personal learning needs in relation to NMC Standards for Pre-registration Nursing Annexe Three third progression point Essential Skills Cluster: Organisational Aspects of Care 16, 17, 18 to assist their practice development as a leader in health and social care delivery. Students will work in partnership with clients, carers, other professionals and other agencies with support from their mentor to achieve competence and increasing autonomy in relation to the agreed NMC competencies and essential skills clusters for Stage Three.
