
Dame Alison Rose is Chief Executive of NatWest Group plc.
Alison has a wealth of experience developed during her 30-year career with NatWest. Having joined as a graduate in 1992, Alison has held a number of senior leadership roles.
Alison is a passionate supporter of diversity. In 2019, Alison was commissioned by the UK Government to report on the barriers to women starting businesses. She now co-leads the Rose Review Board and is responsible for driving forward its recommendations. She is a member of the UK Government’s Help to Grow Advisory Council.
Alison sits on the Board of Directors for the Institute of International Finance and is a member of the International Business Council for the World Economic Forum. She is also Vice-Chair of Business in the Community (BITC) and is a Non-Executive Director of Great Portland Estates plc and sits on the board of the Coutts Charitable Foundation. She was appointed Dame Commander of the British Empire in the 2023 New Year’s Honours List.
