If you did not attend your ceremony and asked for your certificate to be posted to you it will be sent to the address you entered as your post-graduation address when you registered for graduation in e:Vision. Certificates are sent in the four weeks following the ceremony. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for your certificate to reach you before contacting us about it, especially if it is being sent to an overseas address. A final transcript is included with your certificate. Please note that certificates are sent by standard Royal Mail post delivery.
If you asked to collect your certificate (or authorised someone to do so on your behalf) it will be available from the Student Hub during office hours. Photographic ID will be required.
If you have not yet received your certificate but require proof of your award (eg to show an employer or to apply for further study) you can request a Confirmation of Award letter by emailing email@example.com.
If you or a nominated person have requested to collect your certificate, it must be collected by Friday 10 July 2020.
If your certificate is returned to us we will contact you via the home email address on your student record. You will be required to pay a £10 mailing fee for your certificate to be resent to you.
We have a three month waiting period to see if a certificate is either delivered or returned to us in the mail. If more than three months have passed since the date of posting and your certificate has not been received or returned to us we will consider it to have been lost in the post. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide a replacement free of charge. A free replacement will not be provided if any of the following apply:
Replacement certificates can be purchased via the University's document request service.
