  • or simply don’t feel you are coping as well as you could with academic pressure, then this workshop may help.

This workshop will provide guidance on why you may be struggling to manage your perfectionist thinking and behaviour. The workshop will be run by college tutors in a relaxed and welcoming environment. The workshop will provide you with practical techniques to help spot and prevent perfectionism, as well as letting you know about services and resources that you can access after the session.
