Exercise Classes common interest group

Why not join our Exercise Classes group?

Going to the gym for a heavy workout might not be your thing and if not, there are other related activities that you might want to either try or get back into. Some examples are yoga, pilates or tai chi which are all great for the keeping the body strong and flexible. Or you may prefer meditation or mindfulness, which help maintain your mental health.

In this group we enjoy this sort of activity. We want to form groups that meet the common interests of members but also provide a safe place where relationships can form and members feel able to talk about everyday challenges they face and celebrate successes.
