In March 2020 the University of York became a signatory of the Concordat to Support the Career Development of Researchers. As part of our commitment to address systemic challenges and work towards a fair, welcoming and inclusive research culture - we are conducting a series of consultation events to develop and implement an ambitious and robust action plan that reflects the voice and lived experience of our researchers.
Our consultations are part of a planned approach involving colleagues across all career stages, in particular our researchers who have responded to the following key questions through a series of online, interactive consultation events facilitated by our Research Staff Liaison Officers.
