Applied Criminal Justice

We conduct research across a wide range of national and international crime issues to provide robust evidence which informs policy-makers and practitioners and contributes to current debates around crime and wider social harm.

As a body of experienced researchers, we are involved in a broad mix of local, national and international research studies and have a strong track record of research on topics such as: policing; prisons; illicit drugs and drug policy; the sex work industry; women as victims and offenders; vulnerable groups; young people in the criminal justice system; the military and social policy.
