If you are unsure about committing to a full Masters programme please be reassured that you can opt to leave the Masters programme with either a Postgraduate Certificate or Diploma if you find that it is not for you, or your circumstances change. This is, of course, subject to you successfully completing the relevant 60 or 120 credits of study at the point you wish to leave.
We can create tailored courses to meet your organisation's needs. You can choose a number of modules to create a pathway specific for your organisation and leading to a bespoke qualification. For example the Leadership Foundation for Higher Education commissions a course for members of governing bodies and those in governance-related roles. It enables them to refresh and consolidate their understanding and experience of the current public sector context and how this context is currently impacting on HE. The course is run in small tutor-led groups for five weeks and involves 3 to 4 hours of study per week for participants. More details here.
“The course has helped me to gain an insight into some of the most sensitive and complex social issues affecting governments worldwide. I therefore highly recommend this course to all those working in government, local and international organisations, academia and research institutes.” (Janet Chidothi, Senior Technical Capacity Specialist, Counterpart International)
