Foundations of systems-centered training introduces an innovative approach to change that can be applied to work with individuals, couples, groups and organizations. Learning takes place through the experience of working in a real-life group over the course of the week. You will learn basic SCT skills through practising them with other group members.
This is for anyone working in and with organisations who wants to learn more about systems-centered methods for promoting teamwork and effecting change. Using real-life situations from the members'own experiences, members will have the opportunity to practice SCT skills in bringing about change in organisations.
