Foundations of systems-centered training

  • Understand the basic theory of SCT and how it can be applied
  • Discover more about the impact that others have on you, and the influence you have on others

Foundations of systems-centered training introduces an innovative approach to change that can be applied to work with individuals, couples, groups and organizations. Learning takes place through the experience of working in a real-life group over the course of the week. You will learn basic SCT skills through practising them with other group members.

Making work roles work: a systems-centered approach to organisations

  • Understand how to use SCT to promote teamwork
  • Explore how to use SCT to effect change at work

This is for anyone working in and with organisations who wants to learn more about systems-centered methods for promoting teamwork and effecting change. Using real-life situations from the members'own experiences, members will have the opportunity to practice SCT skills in bringing about change in organisations.

Intermediate Courses

Intermediate Skills

Learn how to put the SCT skills protocols into practice with others. You are eligible to apply if you have undertaken sufficient Foundation Training. Contact Ray Haddock to discuss.

Leadership in the Phases of Development

Explore the application of SCT theory and methods to seeing, understanding and developing system intervention strategies in real world contexts. You are eligible to apply if you have completed Intermediate Skills Training. Contact Fran Carter to discuss.

Register by 1st August 2013 and pay a discounted rate of £550, or £625 if registering later.
