Instructions for using the InterpretersLive! video service
The PEDRO study team is delighted to enable British Sign Language users to contact us using a Sign Language interpreter, through the InterpretersLive! video service, provided by Sign Solutions.
How to use the InterpretersLive! video service
To connect with the PEDRO study team you will need to pre-book an appointment by contacting the Study Support Officer, Phil Boyle. Phil is available Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 09.00 to 17.00. Telephone 01844 340737 / 07552 285828 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
This service is accessible via a Windows supported devices and Apple Mac. When accessing the service for the first time via IPad or Android device contact us for your free App invitation. You need a webcam and a broadband upload speed of 1mb and Flash player.
The service is compatible with the following browsers:
Google Chrome version 46 and later, Firefox version 45 and later,Opera version 39 and later. If you are using Safari 9 or Internet Explorer 11, when prompted please download the plugin. You will only need to do this once, next time you will be taken straight to the call button.
