Overview

Shiyuan's current work is about Chinese rural women. She would interview the Chinese rural women, and her project aims to understand what daily life is like for women living in rural China, and their views about being stay-behind women or return women. Also, through the stay-behind women and return womens' views on life, to understand how they think of and understand themselves.
