A new MA Culture, Society and Globalization degree has gained approval for October 2014

Culture, Society and Globalization is a unique Masters degree that provides advanced approaches, methods and skills for tackling important and fascinating questions about ongoing social and cultural transformations.

Covering areas including cultural change, social media and social inequalities, it draws on the Department of Sociology’s eminent track-record and cutting-edge research. International in scope, the MA offers opportunities to directly engage with students in other parts of the world as part of the programme.
