Strand leaders

 

Dr Amanda Perry is a chartered forensic psychologist and a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Health Sciences. She is the theme lead for forensic mental health and addictions. Her interests focus on the use of psychological evidence to support the mental health and well-being of people in the criminal justice system.

 

Dr Jane Clarbour is based at the University of York's department of Psychology. Jane's research primarily focuses on the relationship between personality and emotional behaviour. Jane's research has suggested developmental trends in emotional behaviour that centre on levels of social anxiety and aggressive tendencies and is exhibited as internalizing and externalizing behaviours.
