I applied for the graduate scheme at Croda so completed an online application form and then attended a two day interview process.

What I do

I work as a formulation scientist in the personal care industry. This means I am responsible for working with synthesis to develop new products for use in cosmetic products as well as developing prototype formulations.

What I like most

My favourite parts of the job are working in the lab and travelling to visit customers or other Croda sites around the world.
