How I looked for postgraduate options

Google and chatting to different tutors about my ambitions and what sort of timeline I had for myself

How I found out about the postgraduate place

Course provider website

The application process

I sent a CV of work I had done and had a Skype interview with the course leader.

Why I continued studying

To get a more in depth knowledge of the field I developed a passion for while on my BA

What my course is like

Very busy! Always working on projects in a practical way and doing a lot of theory. We are constantly meeting industry professionals, seeing work and producing work that can be used in the industry.

How I have funded my studies

I fundraised for a large part of it through sending out letters to industry professionals, I have several jobs and a partial loan.

What I like most

Meeting a large range of people and creating work I can use in the real industry

What I like least

Sometimes our integration with the rest of the school could be better.

What surprised me most

How equally difficult but satisfying it can be!

My advice to students considering further study

Know exactly what you want from that course and fundraise as early as possible!
