Chosen route into teaching secondary mathematics.

Varies between university based lectures & seminars and school based placements. The focus is on learning how to teach successfully at placement schools, but there are also academic assignments to complete.

Highly varied nature of the course and teaching itself.

Long hours required.
My advice to students considering further study
Get into schools before deciding whether teaching is for you, training is very demanding.
