When I applied you had to do the application form (very standard), have a telephone interview, a first-round interview with HR and then an assessment day with a partner interview. It was quite long but they keep you up to date at every stage.

To continue working and learning in the tax field.

Three year grad scheme and then taken on afterwards.

What has helped my career to progress

Pure hard work. Not really complaining when you're asked over and over again to do boring and little/easy tasks- it's all part and parcel of the grad scheme.
