Where I hope to be in 5 years
I hope to move into senior management.
My advice to students considering work
Be open minded and consider trying different careers, even if they are not necessarily what you would normally have planned to do. Things have a way of working out and leading you on to new opportunities.

Management of resources, constraints, optimising resources, staff management, project support and delivery.

Management of my own company.
What I like most
Management experience and working with a diverse group of stakeholders - staff, students, contractors.
What I like least
Bureaucracy and slow speed of change.
What would I change? I would have considered doing a management graduate scheme to be with a group of a similar age to me.
