MSc Health Economics and Decision Modelling
Where I hope to be in 5 years
On completion of my MSc, I hope to progress to a Research Associate position in a Health Economics research organisation.
What I do
Research assistant - literature searching and reviewing, data analysis, report and proposal writing.
Skills I use and how I developed them
Eighteen months working in a Health Economics consultancy at the University of York. A numerate undergraduate degree also helped.
Degree skills:
Numeracy, statistics, research skills.
What I like least
What would I change? Having to work in a supermarket for 5 months after graduation as I needed an income but did not immediately find an academically stimulating job.
