Briefly describe the organisation you work for

As CEO at Excelerate I provide Board level advisory and executive coaching services that transforms the performance of executive leaders and team.

I am Chair, Board Director/Advisor, investor at a number high growth tech companies and I Chair a not for profit Artificial Intelligence/ Machine Learning knowledge exchange for Charities (AI4C).

As Chief Customer Innovation Officer, COO, Group Technology Officer, SVP Global at BT, I was able to work on cutting edge satellite, optical fibre, mobile and internet technologies and was responsible for growing profitable revenues to >$4bn, with customers in 170+ countries and 3000+ people based in 85 countries and was an advisor to the UN Secretary General on sustainability, technology and innovation

What’s your work environment and culture like?

No two days are the same as coaching and business clients are all unique with unique opportunities and challenges

What extracurricular activities did you undertake at university and what transferable skills did you develop through these?

Representing the University in competitive sports - training, learning, coaching, challenging, supporting each other in pursuit of a common goal and being the very best we could be - plus having some fun along the way.
